Google Design Sprints
We use our design sprints to work with companies to cultivate an environment of intensive creative thinking that produces a strategy to revitalize a stale product or launch a successful product..
We focus on what the business goal is and what are the smaller questions that drive our thinking, design and overall momentum in the right direction.
We chart out all relevant answers to the problems charted out the previous day. At the end of the day, we put up all the suggested answers on a whiteboard.
Through voting and comprehensive-focused discussions, the most relevant solution is selected. The aim is to figure out the next step by framing a testable hypothesis.
We will design a testable interactive prototype that includes components and epics that most accurately represent the MVP.
The prototype is put in the hands of a closed group of people who provide real-world insights that help us identify strengths, weaknesses and further opportunities.
At the conclusion of the Google Design Sprint week, you will have the MVP prototype that will serve as the baseline. From this point, our teams will collaborate with you to do further research, design, development, and testing to turn your idea into a successful real-world product that meets and surpasses your business goals and expectations.
We need you to decide if you would like to do this in person or over video conference.
We need you to appoint a decision maker on your site. Who will make the final call?
We need you to narrow down the list of people, who will participate during design sprint.
We will keep it organized and make sure we make progress.
We will be your devil’s advocate; we bring experience from building over 500 digital products across industries.
