Oberweis Dairy is the parent company of several dairy-related operations in the Midwestern United States; their businesses include a home delivery service, which delivers traditional dairy products. They contacted LeewayHertz to develop an app to streamline their sales process and encourage internal sales competition. The GPS-based mobile application shows the Oberweis door-to-door salesperson their current location and automatically detects nearby addresses, displaying information about each house such as previous visits and orders. Detailed statistics are available for each address, including the number of contacts, the number of sign-ups, the time spent, and the close rate. These statistics are updated in real time, comparing each user with the average sales team member and the current sales leader.
